Dr. Sameer Hassamal
CEO & Founder
Dr. Sameer Hassamal is a board-certified psychiatrist, addiction psychiatrist, addiction medicine physician, and brain injury medicine specialist. He is the founder of The California Neuropsychiatric Institute and Meera Therapeutics, where he leads clinical care, interventional psychiatry, and CNS clinical research. With over 15 years of clinical trial experience and more than 60 CNS studies as a principal investigator, Dr. Hassamal brings academic, research, and real-world clinical expertise to the treatment of complex psychiatric conditions.
Jevon Mitsuoka, PharmD, PA-C
Provider, PharmD, PA-C
Jevon is a physician assistant and pharmacist with experience in urgent care, family practice, hospital pharmacy, and managed care. He brings a strong medication-management background to patient care.

Zhaofei is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with training in outpatient and residential psychiatry. She has over 13 years of critical care and medical-surgical nursing experience and is bilingual in English and Chinese.

Lemi is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience in outpatient care, acute inpatient psychiatry, medication management, and Spravato monitoring. He works with patients experiencing complex mental health conditions.

Kevin is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and registered nurse with experience in ICU care and psychiatric treatment. He is trained in medication management, psychotherapy, group therapy, and crisis care.
