About MCRI

Meera Clinical Research Institute (MCRI) is the dedicated clinical research arm of The California Neuropsychiatric Institute (CNI), a large multi-location outpatient neuropsychiatric practice serving Southern California.

MCRI specializes in Phase II–IV CNS clinical trials, providing experienced investigators, robust patient recruitment, dedicated research infrastructure, and high-quality study execution for industry-sponsored clinical research.

Patient Population & Recruitment

  • Approximately 5,000 active psychiatric patients across multiple clinic locations
  • High-volume Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) program
  • One of Southern California's larger Spravato® (esketamine) treatment programs
  • Dedicated TRD clinic with experienced prescribers
